Project Wikis

If you want to access the engineering, design and development activities of the CI in detail, you can find much more information at the links below.  These links, which are on a separate, more technical site (with a very different look and feel!), will open up in a new window.

Workshops and Requirements

This wiki has all the initial research and meetings that identified community requirements.  There are a lot of documents resulting from these meetings, with detailed notes and raw materials.

Engineering and Design

Engineering a project of this size and complexity is a science in itself. The Engineering pages include information about our development processes, including the 'spiral development model' and engineering schedule, and information about our spiral reviews.  They also include the very thoroughly documented system architecture, updated as the architecture changes.

Development Activity

The development pages have all the current activities for the project. From developer instructions, to design documents, to information about the difference subsystems, the development team keeps these pages active and as up to date as they can. If you want to get a feel for what it's like to work on a project of this scope, jump into these pages and try to follow along on your favorite topics!
