The CI welcomes Mark James as Operations Manager

Mark James joined the CI team this week as Operations Manager for the program. Mark has extensive operations and project management experience, and comes to us from the Center for Research and Biological Systems at UCSD, where he coordinated the cyberinfrastructure for six research organizations; this included electron microscopes, marine metagenomics, GIS brain atlasing, neurological vocabularies and lexicons, data federation, and cluster computing. Mark has a B.S. in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University and an M.P.A. from the School of Public Administration at University of Southern California.  Welcome to the OOI CI Mark!
